Once approved, Image Printing is not responsible for errors in spelling, design, or content.

Deposits may be required before production.

Late payments may result in service delays or suspension of future orders.

5. File Submissions

Customers are responsible for ensuring files are properly formatted, free of errors, and meet our specifications.

Image Printing is not liable for delays or issues caused by improperly prepared files.

File transfers through our Site are provided on a secure but “as-is” basis.

6. Turnaround & Delivery

Standard turnaround times vary by project scope and will be estimated at order confirmation.

Image Printing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled after production begins may be subject to fees for work performed.

Completed print jobs are non-refundable unless defective.

Claims for defects must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Image Printing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any order will not exceed the total cost paid for that order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Image Printing and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
